(E).:- In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 60/2018-Central Tax, dated the 30^th October, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 1075 (E), dated the 30^th October, 2018, in page 15, in line 13, for “furnish an application to the effect” read “furnish an undertaking to the effect”.
